Trustpilot Expands AI Discovery Suite With Dedicated Product Review Pages and New Brand Intelligence Tools

New capabilities designed to boost product and location visibility, benchmark rivals, and convert customer feedback into action

Trustpilot, the world’s largest open feedback platform, announced the rollout of new and expanded features aimed at increasing businesses’ presence in AI search. These include dedicated Product Review Pages that provide each product with its own public profile on Trustpilot. The release also adds enhanced Location Reviews, AI Search Market Insights, and a beta version of Trustpilot AI, all intended to boost visibility for products, locations and brands while delivering actionable customer insights.

“People use AI for more than brand discovery and trust, they also rely on it to compare brands, evaluate which products to buy, and which locations to visit,” said Ciaran Dynes, Chief Product Officer at Trustpilot. “AI systems prioritize information that mirrors the natural logic of a purchasing decision: consumers want to know who sells a product, where to find it, and whether the service is reliable. Trustpilot’s structured format gives AI systems the layered evidence required to make accurate recommendations. This compound relevance directly drives higher citation rates, giving businesses a distinct advantage every time a consumer asks AI to compare their options.”

A study by Seer Interactive determined that Trustpilot topped the list of review sites most often referenced by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Gemini. The same analysis showed that companies with dedicated Product Review Pages enjoyed a 12‑point advantage in brand citation visibility compared with those using only a company profile. Brand reputation alone is no longer sufficient: granular product feedback can lift individual items in AI‑driven purchase queries, shifting brands from mere awareness to active consideration.

“With AI Search Market Insights, businesses can see how often they appear in AI answers, how that compares with competitors, and how their visibility changes over time,” Dynes added. “That makes it easier to spot gaps early and decide where to focus their review collection and customer-experience efforts.”

Combined, Trustpilot’s refreshed suite enables businesses to gather and act on feedback across products, locations and markets, while monitoring their presence in AI search:

Product Reviews: Dedicated Product Review Pages surface feedback on fit, quality and performance at the individual product level, aiding items to appear in AI comparison queries.

Location Reviews: Gather and oversee reviews for each store or branch. New bulk‑management utilities and developer APIs assist brands in handling extensive networks, benchmarking locations, and enhancing visibility in local and conversational search.

AI Search Market Insights: Measure how frequently AI platforms reference your Trustpilot profile against competitors and pinpoint gaps in AI visibility.

Trustpilot AI (Beta): Offered to Enterprise clients in a limited beta, the AI assistant and MCP service operates within Slack, CRM systems and LLMs to draft review responses, clarify customer‑feedback trends and support agentic workflows.
